Typical sample workflow
- Brief review: The factory checks the requested shoe type, construction and customization scope.
- Technical confirmation: Materials, components, artwork, size, tooling and cost assumptions are documented.
- Sample making: A reference pair is produced using the confirmed direction and available components.
- Buyer review: Appearance, construction, measurements, branding and packaging direction are evaluated.
- Revision or approval: Changes are recorded; the approved specification becomes the basis for bulk planning.
How long does a shoe sample take?
At VyloxStep, sample development is normally completed within 15 days when the specification, artwork and suitable materials are ready. New tooling, uncommon components, multiple colorways, special testing or repeated revisions can extend the schedule. Timing is confirmed after technical review.
How is sample cost determined?
There is no universal sample price. Cost depends on the shoe construction, materials, tooling, artwork, components and number of revisions. The fee and any conditions are communicated before development begins.
Can a buyer request one pair?
One sample pair can be discussed. Bulk order quantity remains project-specific because material suppliers, production processes, packaging and commercial terms differ by design.
