Footwear quality control should begin before production, not at final inspection. Importers and brands need a written specification, an approved reference and measurable acceptance criteria that match the product and destination market.
Before sample approval
- Confirm the shoe model, construction and size range
- Record material and color references
- Approve logo artwork, labels and packaging
- Define measurement points and tolerances

Incoming material review
